Villadsandfriends.com reserves the right to discontinue products at any time without prior notice.When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and billing details for your order, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step is the confirmation of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will also email you with confirmation of your order.

The prices listed on Villadsandfriends.com are in AU$. All prices are correct when published, however, all prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Villadsandfriends.com offers free standard delivery to all Australian addresses on orders over AU$65.

We endeavour to ensure that orders for delivery to addresses within Australia arrive within 7-10 business days of the order being placed and dispatched. We provide regular post via Australia Post with a flat rate of $8.99.

We also offer express shipping with a rate of $13.99. Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with the product you have purchased from us, please contact us here and we will refund the purchase price or exchange the purchased products. The following conditions apply:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
• You must provide your contact details
• If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.
